Analisis Penerapan Total Productive Maintenance (Tpm) dengan Perhitungan Overall Equipment Efectiveness (Oee) dan Six Big Losses Mesin Cavitec PT. Essentra Surabaya (Studi Kasus PT. Essentra)

Maintenance and handling machines that are inappropriately can lead to decreased levels of productivity and efficiency of the machine. PT. Essentra is a company engaged in the manufacture of cigarette filters. The machine operates continuously demanded can meet the targets that have been set with a high level of effectiveness. The problems found in the PT. Essentra found on many a breakdown occurred in the engine as well as Cavitec VD-02 maximum number of less production which led to the lack of effectiveness of the total index value of the overall machine (OEE) on machine Cavitec VD-02. To be able to increase productivity then made measurements of the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and calculation of the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). The OEE is a systematic method to perform measurements of the effectiveness of the process of a machine or equipment. In General, the small value of OEE is influenced by the dominant factor that causes low performance.
